You can delete your Yonderly account at any time. Deletion is permanent — it cannot be undone, and we cannot recover the account or its contents afterwards.

1. Sign in at admin.yonderly.com.
2. Go to Settings, then the Account tab.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

1. Open the menu and choose Account Info.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Enter your email and password to confirm.

If you own a workspace, deleting your account deletes the workspace and everything in it:

• Your account and sign-in details
• All uploaded files and folders
• All paired devices and their pairings
• All share links, and the viewing history recorded against them
• Groups, invitations, and your subscription (billing is cancelled)

If you were invited into someone else's workspace, only your own account is deleted — the workspace and its files belong to its owner and are left untouched.

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app installed, email privacy@yonderly.io from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
